We often blame that acne is caused by stress and the food that we eat. Well, it’s true in a way but do take note that improper digestion could also cause acne. This is often caused by too little hydrochloric acid in the stomach. In such conditions, the body is unable to absorb important nutrients which results in a weak immune system that cannot fight the bacteria effectively. Thus acne gets a chance to spread unhindered even if you are eating proper food and taking enough nutrients in your diet.

Our stomach digests by using acid to break down the food into smaller particles so it can be easily absorbed by our intestines. The acid produced is hydrochloric acid (HCL) and it will break down protein, kill pathogens and microns, control absorption of B12, control absorption of nutrients, Vitamin C, created indigestion and prevents constipation. If our HCL level is low, this will contribute to acne growth. But the level of HCL can be increased by taking digestive enzyme that contains this acid.

The next part of our digestion is the pancreas which releases digesting enzymes and bicarbonate to help complete the digestion system. Bicarbonate reduces the strength of HCL from the stomach and enzymes in this part digest carbohydrates, fats and protein. When our pancreas loses its ability to produce the required enzyme, less food will be digested. Undigested food will flow to the colon and it will stay undigested, rot and produce toxic which flows to the blood. These toxic might harmful but it certainly can cause acne.

Therefore, when we have problems with our digestive system, then we will be more susceptible to getting acne. So the bottomline is, it is very important for us to maintain a healthy diet by reducing the intake of food which is hard to digest such as fried and oily food. When our digestion system is healthy, this will lead to a healthy and radiant skin free of acne.

Our face isn’t all white and radiant as always but sometimes it annoys us to see something black on our face. Sometimes we also can see something which is in white color instate of black. So what are these two things that are on our face? One thing I can tell you that it is called blackhead and whitehead.

Blackhead is named black due to its appearance on your face which is black but it is not dirt stuck to our face. It composes of melanin, skin particle and excess skin debris that is accumulated which also can be called dark pigments; blackhead is also one of the types of acne. Generally, blackhead is formed due to excess sebum produced by glands that are trapped in the pores of out skin. A plug is formed when sebum oxidize and hardens close to the upper layer of the skin which clogs the pores.

Whitehead is formed when the hair follicle does not open to air, so it’s clogged with sebum and dead skin cells. Due to its lack exposure to air, the air does not oxidize the melanin thus leaving it white in color. Whitehead plugs are embedded deeper than blackhead which makes it hard to be removed.

An infection on the plug starts when the white blood cells overproduce to battle against bacteria that are destroying our skin. Propionibacterium acnes or P. acnes bacteria can cause inflammation of acne formed then it becomes reddish in color.

Removing acne, blackhead or whitehead needs time, patient and the right medium. Some people speculate that it might be the cause by food intake and some are not. Therefore, we don’t need to go on a diet to remove it but just avoid any food that can cause inflammation of acne. Blackhead doesn’t mean our face is dirty and constantly washing it. The more hard you scrub and more frequent you wash, it will definitely do more damage to the face. Thus, the advice is to wash twice a day with facial scrub or suitable soap to reduce the amount of oil contained on the skin.

Antibacterial products that contain benzoyl peroxide and tretinoin can be used to treat blackhead and whitehead. Benzoyl peroxide usually works with mild cases of acne cases to none where it acts to reduce clogging by treating hair follicle. Trentinion acts the opposite way from benzoyl peroxide where it forces whitehead to open up and easily plugged out.

In conclusion, removing blackhead and whitehead manually is not a wise choice to do and it’s better to rely on facial wash or cream to remove it.

Acne control has become almost a compulsory thing in our society where outer beauty is so important. Many people do not realize that outer beauty actually starts from the inside and what you think and your mental attitude actually affect acnes. To make things worse, people who who suffer from acne are bound to feel inadequate, self conscious and even suffer from acne depression. This type of depression is often more severe than people realize.

Acne is the result of toxins in the body that are not properly disposed thus leaving skin as the only choice. Mind and body cannot be separated so thoughts can also be expressed as acne. How do thoughts can be expressed as acne? Negative thoughts and feeling produce chemicals which are toxic acids just like the ones produce in the colon and needs to be eliminated through 5 channels.

Past experience which is depressing can be an expression of acne. Past experience such as mental and physical torture or sexual abuse, you tend to compress them. As we get older, our natural defense system for these thoughts tend to weaken and unable to contain it anymore. Thus, these expression breaks out into other form of diseases can also be acne.
